What Happens During an Audit?

Once you have placed your enquiry, our goal is to arrange a site visit within 10 working days of your booking; in most instances, we can get out to you a lot sooner. Our assessor will need full access to your premises in order to carry out the audit.

Non-intrusive site visits:
You don’t need to close your business or adjust your day for a workplace risk assessment or accessibility audit to take place. We work around your appointments, staff and visitors to ensure our site visits are non-intrusive.

Aftercare:
We will walk you through any required changes detailed in your accessibility audit. At Bison, we don’t carry out any of the remedial work, so you have peace of mind that we don’t benefit from highlighting problems that don’t exist. Our sole aim is to keep you compliant. We are on hand to provide ongoing support to your business between your annual audits.

Annual reminder:
We will be in touch each year when you are due to update your risk assessments and audits. We will remind you by phone and email ahead of your renewal date.
